Uniform approaches to remuneration are set out in the corporate policy, which was approved by the relevant order, taking into account subsequent amendments.
To motivate managers and key personnel at the Sevkabel Trading House, special incentive mechanisms are in place. These include an annual bonus system based on the achievement of corporate and individual key performance indicators. Such indicators include sales volumes and cost reduction.
As part of non‑monetary incentives, a system of rewarding employees with industry‑specific awards is applied.
